SIE: Fajita Torta

I was going through some files on my computer and found this one of a sandwich that I’ve eaten (I ate it some time ago) from Real Mexico. It was my first ever torta and it was amazing. In fact, looking at this picture makes me want to go back to Real Mexico right now and it’s way after dinner. This sandwich had refried beans, fajita meat, green peppers, onions, jalapenos, and cheese. I also recall ordering a big bowl of queso for the table, so I had plenty of extra cheese sauce to put on my sandwich. It was glorious. Since I’m about to go to bed after I post this, I hope I have delicious, torta-filled dreams.
